Sharing one of my personal favorites... the Louis Vuitton Key Pouch!
I have been searching for a designer/well-made card holder with key ring for quite some time now. Before finding the perfect one, I had a Coach ID cardholder, which I didn't mind using and I did for about three years until it was falling apart. The clear plastic that held the cards together were separating with the leather and the stitchings were tearing as well. I thought I would invest in a nicer one because I use it just about everyday (since I prefer using a cardholder than carrying my wallet to school). Most designer cardholders were literally just a cardholder with no strap/chain or ring for me to attach my lanyard to (one that I really liked was the Alexander McQueen one).
Then I came across this LV Key Pouch! I did some research on TPF and saw that the key pouch can hold cards (or any other items in similar size), which is my main concern because I have to carry my ID and bus card. I guess I never considered the LV Key Pouch because I always thought it would only fit keys and loose change.
It has now become one of my favorite pieces and I have been using it ever since I got it. I love how it is just a zipper; simple and secure. In addition, the key pouch is very light in weight so after adding items to it, the key pouch isn't super heavy (especially if you have it attached to a lanyard).
Louis Vuitton key pouches are available in Louis Vuitton boutiques and website. I purchased mine in the Damier Ebene Canvas for $200. Key pouches range from $200 to $440, depending on which leather you prefer. Also, key pouches in Damier Ebene Canvas, Damier Azur Canvas, and Monogram Canvas have the dimensions: 4.7 x 2.8 inches. Other leathers are apparently larger, measuring at: 5.1 x 3.5 inches.
