I think the last time I wore overalls was when I was still a toddler (so super throwback). Overalls have been on-trend in the past couple of years, but I was always hesitant to own a pair just because all I can think about when I see overalls is painting. But then I thought "why not?" when I came across these Topshop ones at Nordstrom Rack for only $30! Since these were heavily discounted, I wasn't able to get these in my usual size. However, going one size up with these overalls allows me to achieve the oversized-look. My favorite thing about these overalls is the wash–the lighter-wash is definitely more perfect in the coming months when the weather gets warmer!


Underneath I wore a white button-up shirt to make this outfit more chic. And to bring back even more old school vibes, I wore a choker and oval-shaped sunglasses (two items that I wore often as a child!). I couldn't decide if I wanted to go with heeled sandals (which would've looked great, too) or not so I opted for one of my favorite pair of sneakers. Although no paint on my overalls, I do have scuff marks on my sneakers. As I mentioned in a previous post, I found these Golden Goose sneakers for only $105–probably one of my best and favorite finds from Nordstrom Rack!
