Like many subscription services, you take a survey so one of the stylists understands your style/preferences and is able to put together a set that you are able to get the most use out of. After taking the survey, Rocksbox has all their jewelry pieces shown and you can browse what they have. Also, you can select pieces to your 'Wishlist', where the stylist is able to view and grant your wishes.

The whole shipping process is easy. Rocksbox provides both the packaging and shipping label and all you do is repackage everything when you return your jewelry pieces and drop it off at your local post office. If you wish to purchase a piece from your set (because you love it so much), you keep the piece and simply pay online through the website. Easy, right?

Unfortunately I didn't take too many photos of my first set because I was in a rush to experience the returning process and I must say it is easy-peasy. All I did was reuse the original package that was sent to me, rip off the shipping label, stick on the return label, and drop it off at my local post office. Once the package was scanned, I was notified that my stylist was already picking out new pieces for my new set. My second set arrived three days later:
